1. Who we are

This website, fbhcontrol.ai, is operated by FBHcontrol USA LLC, a company registered in the State of Texas, United States, that markets FBHcontrol ("FBHcontrol", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it and what rights you have. It does not apply to the FBHcontrol platform used by our clients, which is governed by its own terms of service.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us when you fill out the contact form: name, work email, company, country, type of business and what you are requesting, plus the number of locations, phone number and message, if you choose to include them.
Basic technical information that any web server records when it receives a visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the date and time of the visit.
Your preferred language, which we store in your own browser so we can show you the site in that language next time. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics tools.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your request: a cost audit, a demo, a quote, consulting or information about our partner program.
To communicate with you about that request.
To keep the site running, protect it and improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

The members of our team who handle your request.
Service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting by Amazon Web Services, who may only use it to provide that service to us.
Authorities, when required by law.

5. Third-party services on the site

YouTube videos: videos only load when you choose to play them. From that moment, Google's privacy policy applies.
Google Fonts: to display the site's typefaces, your browser connects to Google's servers.
Links to other sites, such as Amazon, YouTube or the FBHcontrol platform servers: their own policies apply when you visit them.

6. Where your information is stored

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services servers. Your information may be stored or processed in the United States or in other countries where our providers operate, with reasonable safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain our business relationship, or as required by law.

8. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct or update it, to delete it or to stop contacting you. Write to sales@fbhcontrol.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable law.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to reduce the risks.

10. Children

The site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
