In 2015, the chain—then operating 8 commercial establishments—began restructuring its operations department with a vision to standardize production and inventory processes. With the implementation of FBHcontrol, the company began integrating both its administrative and operational areas in order to obtain daily financial information.

 

After 10 years of expansion and corporate growth, DLK S.A.S has, as part of its vision and continued development, integrated FBHcontrol with Aldelo and SAP Business One. This integration has optimized information flow in purchasing and sales for inventory management and has also enabled purchasing interfaces with the accounting area via SAP, allowing for a daily operational overview.

 

FBHcontrol, through its tools and application updates tailored to operational needs and fiscal changes, has produced reports that support daily control and compliance with fiscal authorities in matters of purchasing and cost tracking.

 

In our operational expansion, the implementation of processing plants has enabled cost control. Through various processes and cost allocation parameters for overhead (CIF), the system allows us to control both production and distribution processes across the chain.

 

Currently, the company operates 28 establishments and 6 processing plants, with daily operations in production, sales, and purchasing that are consolidated and traceable across the various integrated systems. Since 2024, a new POS system (TCPOS) has been implemented and integrated with FBHcontrol, creating interconnectivity between its tools and any comprehensive system used in sector operations.

 

Looking ahead, our vision is for FBHcontrol to centralize all fiscal operations related to purchasing—including reception of products and sales—in order to establish a single, integrated administrative process with SAP BO.
